Owen Ellington is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is licensed to practice by the Supreme Court of Texas and admitted to practice before the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Federal Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association (Construction, Federal and Litigation Sections), the Fort Bend Bar Association, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, Transportation Lawyers Association, the Association of Transportation Law Professionals (Executive Vice-President) and a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

Jason D. Goff was licensed to practice in Texas in 2006 and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.  Mr. Goff has handled many cases involving trucking, maritime, property damage and premises liability claims ranging from the typical sore back case all the way to wrongful death cases.  Mr. Goff also handles construction, moving and storage, and insurance subrogation cases.
